Return/Exchange
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist!
For Returns/Exchanges, the following conditions must be met:
- You have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the item.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return/Exchange/Refund Options: You can opt for doorstep return pickup (with applicable charges) or self-courier to our return warehouse.
For Exchanges:
Once the returned item is inspected, your new order will be dispatched, and we will cover the re-shipping cost.
For Refunds:
Refund requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied, we will issue a full refund through the original payment method.
Note:
If any defect is found during inspection of the returned item, the return will not be processed.
